Into a shaker goes:

.75oz Honey syrup - equal parts by volume honey and water

4 mint leaves, gently muddled to express oils

.5oz Fresh lime juice

1.5oz Grapefruit juice

1oz Pomegranate juice

2oz Vodka of choice
